Representatives of MIAC participates at the Asia ADR Week 2023
އޭޝިޔާ އޭ.ޑީ.އާރު ވީކް 2023 ގައި އެމް.އައި.އޭ.ސީ ގެ މަންދޫބުން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންފި
The Asia ADR Week 2023, with the theme “PRISM: The Spectrum of ADR" was held by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) from 24 to 26 August 2023 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Chairman Mohamed Shahdy Anwar, Vice- Chairman Hussain Siraj and Legal Counsel Aminath Raya Ali attended the event.
The event was held with an array of discussions by distinguished practitioners from the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Shahdy moderated the session titled, “Navigating Disputes: Unveiling the Layers of Multi-Tiered Dispute Resolution Clauses” with a notable panel of speakers.

އޭޝިއަން އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އާބިޓްރޭޝަން ސެންޓަރ (އޭ.އައި.އޭ.ސީ) ގެ ފަރާތުން އޭޝިއާ އޭ.ޑީ.އާރު ވީކް 2023، "ޕްރިސަމް: ދަ ސްޕެކްޓްރަމް އޮފް އޭ.ޑީ.އާރު" ގެ މަޢުޟޫޢުގެ ދަށުން 24 އިން 26 އޮގަސްޓް 2023 އަށް ކުއަލަ ލަމްޕޫރު، މެލޭޝިޔާ ގައި ބާއްވައިފިއެވެ. މި ހަރަކާތުގައި ޗެއަރމަން މުޙައްމަދު ޝަހުދީ އަންވަރު، ވައިސް ޗެއަރމަން ޙުސައިން ސިރާޗް އަދި ލީގަލް ކައުންސެލް އާމިނަތު ރާޔާ ޢަލީ ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންނެވިއެވެ.
މި ހަރަކާތުގައި އޮލްޓަނޭޓިވް ޑިސްޕިއުޓް ރެސޮލިއުޝަންގެ ދާއިރާގައި ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވޭ ޕްރެކްޓިޝަނަރުންގެ މަޝްވަރާތައް ހުށަހަޅާފައިވެއެވެ. ޝަހުދީ ވަނީ “Navigating Disputes: Unveiling the Layers of Multi-Tiered Dispute Resolution Clauses” ގެ ސެޝަން މޮޑަރޭޓްކޮށްދެއްވާފައެވެ. މި ސެޝަންފައި ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވޭ ސްޕީކަރުން ބައިވެރިވެވަޑައިގެންނެވިއެވެ.
