Mr Ahmed Muizzu is the Managing Partner of Muizzu & Co. LLP.  

Mr. Muizzu has been in practice for over 25 years and has outstanding experience in the Legal System. He began his career as an Attorney at the Attorney General’s Office in 1990 and since held the position of the Chief Judge of the Criminal Court, Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Tourism and Managing Partner of Muizzu, Suood & Co. 

Mr. Muizzu also served as the first Prosecutor General of Maldives from 2008 to 2013. 

Mr. Muizzu served as a member of the Law Commission, actively participating in drafting of several legislations including the Companies Act, Partnership Act, Family  Act, Land Act, Consumer Protection Act and Tourism Act. 

Mr. Muizzu is highly recommended for his performance in the area of Corporate Law and in litigation.
