"މި އެއްބަސްވުމުގެ ގުޅިގެން ދެފަރާތުގެ ދެމެދުގައި ދިމާވާ މައްސަލައަކާއި، އެއްބަސްވުމެއް އޮތްކަމާއި މެދު ނުވަތަ އެއްބަސްވުމުގެ ސައްހަ ކަމާއި މެދު ނުވަތަ އެއްބަސްވުން ނިމުމަކަށް އައިސްފާވާ ކަމާއި މެދު އުފެދޭ ހިލާފެއް އޮތް ނަމަ، އެ މައްސަލައެއް އާބިޓްރޭޝަން މެދުވެރިކޮށް ހައްލުކުރުމަށް ހުށަހަޅާނީ އެއިރެއްގައި އޮތް މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އާބިޓްރޭޝަން ސެންޓަރުގެ ރޫލްސް އޮފް އާބިޓްރޭޝަނުގެ ދަށުން މޯލްޑިވްސް އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އާބިޓްރޭޝަން ސެންޓަރަށެވެ.
