Admission to MIAC Register of Arbitrators

MIAC maintains a Register of Arbitrators consisting of the Primary Panel of Arbitrators and the Secondary List of Arbitrators. Both tiers comprise highly qualified, independent, and strategic arbitration professionals who are eligible for appointment to tribunals in cases administered by MIAC.

  • Established arbitration professionals with substantial knowledge and experience in international arbitration.
• Secondary List of Arbitrators
  • Arbitration professionals with knowledge and experience in international arbitration and growing arbitrator credentials.

How to Apply to MIAC Register of Arbitrators

To apply for inclusion in the MIAC Register of Arbitrators, please follow the steps below:

1. Submit the Application Form

• Primary Panel of Arbitrators
• Secondary List of Arbitrators

2. Email your CV to info@miac.gov.mv.

Applications are reviewed by the MIAC Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
