Payment Information

Domestic Payments

The following banking details are to be used for all domestic payments:

All payments to MIAC must be made through BandeyriPay, an online payment platform operated by the Government of the Maldives.
BandeyriPay only supports Bank of Maldives (BML), Maldives Islamic Bank (MIB) and M-Faisaa.

Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to the Payment Request Form. Select Maldives International Arbitration Centre as the Agency, and choose the following purposes to make the applicable payments:

Refundable Deposit	Arbitrator’s Fee
Rent	Booking Charge

You will be required to include an Invoice Number, which should correspond to the Case Number.
Complete all required details of the Payee.
A payment request form may be submitted at any point of the day. Once submitted, a payment link will be sent to the email address provided within one (1) working day.
Payment must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the payment link. If the payment is not completed within this time, the link will be cancelled and a new request will need to be submitted.
For payments required in US Dollars (US$), the equivalent amount may be paid in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the Maldives Monetary Authority.

International Payments

Where a party is required to make a payment in a foreign currency, such payment shall be made by telegraphic transfer to the following account of MIAC:
