MIAC Schedule of Fees

For arbitrations administered by MIAC, the fee calculated in accordance with the Schedules below is the maximum amount payable to each arbitrator.

Arbitrator’s Fee

The hourly rate shall be as proposed by the arbitrator. The maximum fee payable to each arbitrator is MVR 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa).

Booking Charge

MVR 500 (Five Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) for use within official hours (8 am to 2 pm on Sunday - Thursday). Additional MVR 500 (Five Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) for use beyond official hours.
