Arbitration Award Writing Training 

The Commercial Law Development Program from the US Department of Commerce in collaboration with the Maldives International Arbitration Centre conducted a one-day training on the requisites of drafting an arbitral award. The training took place on 9 November 2021 at Crossroads Maldives. Participants included experienced lawyers from the Maldives. The sessions were conducted by Ms. Aarta Alkarimi, who is a commercial arbitrator and an accredited mediator with extensive experience in dispute avoidance and commercial mediation and international commercial arbitration.
